Cancellations and Refund Policy

Conference registrations canceled in writing by mail, email or fax before June 1, 2008 will be eligible for a refund of their registration fee (less a $100 administrative fee).

Refunds will be issued in the manner in which the fee was paid -- credited back to the charged credit card or refunded by check if payment was sent by check. Please allow 60 days for refund processing.

To cancel your registration, please include your:

  • Preferred Mailing Address
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Payment Method
