A regional organization of utility and energy regulatory agencies from 15 states, since 1956, the Mid-America Regulatory Conference (MARC) has sponsored an annual meeting of commissioners and staff from member agencies, as well as representatives of regulated entities and the public at large, to share ideas and discuss regulatory and policy issues affecting their states and the nation.
